HELP ME PICK A PACK

In the market for a new pack for this season. It will be mostly used for treestand hunting whitetails. I'm going to be packing in my tree saddle and 4 lone wolf sticks. I have some long walks (a mile, maybe two) so I also like to strap my bibs and jacket to my pack in the late season so I don't get too sweated up on the way in.
Have been thinking about either a badlands 2200 or one of the eberlestockpacks.
Any help deciding would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks--Mike

RE: HELP ME PICK A PACK

I use a Tree Saddle and LW sticks with my Superday. I either wear the saddle or stuff it in the pack and just carry the sticks. If it's dark, I'll strap my bow to the back of the pack. For me, the 2200 was too big but it is nice for sure. The superday is just the right size for dayhunts.

I haven been using a Badlands 2200, but you should look at the Badlands Whitetail Hybrid or their Superday pack.

Another to consider is the Sitka Ascent 14 & the Flash 20, which is a little smaller than the 2200 from Badlands.

It really just depends on what you are using the packs for, regarding size. I posted some videos on youtube a while back with several of the packs full of stuff and i just disected everything to show the space. my user id is thecasey012293 or you can look up badlands on youtube.

I highly suggest taking a look at the "Horn Hunter Mainbeam XL Pack".

just shop around...the one i found is quiet..has a rifle and a bow carry system..5 million pockets...2 spottin scope spots, and a camel pack..splits into 2 different bags, or 1 big one. has a flashlight in the shoulder strap, so its hands free, awesome idea, i dont have to carry the stinky light hat in with me anymore.

I prefer the Badlands pack to Eberlestock just because they fit me better. The Badlands 2200 is a fairly large pack, but would work well with a bit of room to spare. If you are wanting something a little bit smaller that you can pack a little weight with you might look at the Badlands Diablo.
