8 yrs in the United States Navy, my job title is a Damge Controlman to be exact. What we do is pretty much the same as the fire fighters in town but on the ship.

Does a gamewarden get much time to hunt? It would probably be ok in a state that has a long season, but it would suck in a state like NJ where the gun season is only six days long.

I have a good friend that was stationed there a few years ago. He is a Michigan State Trooper. He always was telling me stories of how the Detroit Police beat the crap out of people that they arrested, some had it coming and alot didn't.

He can't figure for the life of him how there hasn't been a Rodney King incident like LA had!

You couldn't pay me enough to live anywhere near there. I'll stay in West Michigan

Alot of different gigs on here. Makes me think.

I'm a meat cutter, I wouldn't say butcher. A butcher knows how to do it all. I can, but cut from block ready. Costco.... great meat though.

I am university educated. Double major in anthro and history, minor in religious studies. Just a workin man at heart I guess.

I've had several in my lifetime & a few that overlaped, 2 at a time. Started off with a 5 year hitch in Navy/Marines & 3 Army then
32 1/2 years in a Steel Mill (retired 2001)& during that time 18 years Archery Shop/Lanes owner. In the mid 70s early 80s Guided Whitetail & Mule deer Bowhunters on my 4 weeks vacation (8 years)
then 19 years video producer.
Retired from everything but Bowhunting now.
