NAW WAS NOT THAT BIG, ???175-200# LIVE WEIGHT, JUST AVERAGE SIZE 5-1/2 FOOTER SKULL WAS ABOUT16-5/8 NOT POSITIVE ON FRACTION. 300 POUNDERS REALLY PRETTY RARE. THINK I'VE HAD ONE IN 20+ YEARS OF BOWHUNTING THEM AND ASSISTING WITH 25-30 BEARS. THE TWO OF US COULD LIFT THE SLED PRETTY EASILY BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS SLED FOLDING.

congrats i bet it is wierd walking through the woods dragging a dead bear after you now another one trying to eat it.

thanx guys, luckily a short drag 60-70 yards to jet boat. other bears were alittle of concern ESP the big brown bears that is why i carry a 500 s&w and bear spray , and we field dressed it 3-4 miles away.
