Before you buy any stand checkout the Equalizer treestand. By far the best stand I ever used. I like it better than my LoneWolf climber. GREAT STAND!!!!! Do yourself a favor and check them out!! They have a web site and will send you CD about them!

I've tried many stands, this one is Rock solid and worth every penny.

They aint cheap though and seem to never go on sale. I would definately add the sling seat option for comfort . Im going to check them out in person this weekend.

I bought the API grandslam bowhunter, because of its open front. Its very comfortable but a little on the heavy side.

TreeWalker!!

Many guys here are selling their Summits and Lone Wolf stands to buy one after trying them. They have taken the Climbing treestand market by storm in this area.

Dan
If you are in the market and you don't at least take a hard look at the TreeWalker stands you are doing yourself an injustice

Equalizer works amazing for me. It's the most secure feeling climber I've ever been in.

Thanks guys for the input. I but one of the new wide sit and climb lone wolf stands. I really didn't have time to try them all. Hopefully I made a good choice. I really like the platform and the way it packs up.
