Peep sight to high?

My 15 yrd. pin is just a hair under my brace. If i lower my peep sight-will that mess up everything else ? Lower it on my string that is.

RE: Peep sight to high?

when you say brace - do you mean pin guard???

If so can you gang adjust it up, then move the pin down??

Is the bow tuned - a very nock low arrow can cause this.

if you move your peep you WILL change your anchor - whether it changes it for the better or worse I can' t say:)

Most of the time when a peep is too high, so that it causes problems like yours it is because your draw is to long.

Draw your bow, anchor, then align your peep according to your anchor point. Then adjust your pins. I dont know what type of pin sights you have, but most of the newer models allow you to adjust the whole pin bracket up or down.

Rack-attack is correct, if you start adjusting you peep to the pins, you will change your anchor point, which is something you may not want to do.
