Rangefinders???

RE: Rangefinders???
I still use the original, my tried and true Bushnell Pro 400. I had to send it back once and they took care of it and sent it back to me quickly. Not sure what'd I look for in a new one. I love the one I have as I have it on a Crooked Creek bino strap and it's quick and easy. Some of these new ones are, well, too small.

I have a Bushnell Scout and like it but just installed the Dead On Rangefinder on my bow and will try it out this afternoon for the first time. I have it set up for elk. It is a bracketing system that uses fiber optic pins. I have in the past bracketed with the pins on my bowsight. This one is used at full draw. It should be easier and quicker. Plus the animal wont see me move to range him with my Bushnell.

I have a Bushnell Scout w/o Arc and with a rebate sale it was well worth it. Unless you hunt in areas with a lot of elevation change, one way you could save money is by skipping ARC (which is getting more and more standard anyway).
