Today has came with more improvements. I was just in to see him and he is able to laugh at things. I am the youngest of 6 children and the only boy. The nurse made a comment about him not stopping until he got his boy and he started laughing and said yep. He is also regaining more control and movement on the right side of his body.

Scott,
To be sure, I will be praying for your dad. One thing to look at down the road is what caused the stroke in the first place. My dad had a couple of smaller strokes and they didn't go after the cause. Then he had the big one and he never fully recovered. So it's important to find out what is causing them in the first place and treat that.
