So check these broadheads out, the are called Epek (ethical pursuit, ethical kill) Here are some pictures of how they work. They were developed here in Utah by some friends of mine. www.epekhunting.com

RE: Epek broadhead

someone posted this not too long ago...since the threads move slowly this time of year you can probably find it between the first page of threads and page 5-ish.

It seemed the majority of skeptics said this head would burn too much energy with it's spring-type deployment.

Epek broadheads

As an avid bowhunter, I always want to improve my odds with the wild. Epek broadheads looked very good and I ordered 15. You can watch thier vidios and see how easy the open. But what they do not show is how hard they are to open after you install the O ring. I shot a deer with them and they did not open until it sank in the dirt. I chose not to try them again and contacted Epek about them, 4 times, and still no responce. Not only do they not preform as they say, they DO NOT RESPOND to request or refunds. Just Say NO and buy another brand!:mad:

c'mon - its a mechanical head designed to sell and make money. Its got a large ferrule, its not COI, its 3 bladed - its got all the characteristics of a head that WILL NOT penetrate well if it even opens at all

every bowhunter should KNOW this - use at your own risk
