The antlers where that dark. I was told that the base was touched up a bit after the bleaching process.

Very nice! At first, I was going to ask why you didn't get a shoulder mount done of that nice buck? Then I saw that you paid x amount Canadian for the work. You northern guys seem to have the bar set higher than most of us. Love the chocolate antlers.;)
