Bear Lights Out

Evening folks
Looking for a bow for my son, he's now 13 yrs old. What's your thought on Bear Lights Out bow for him.Are there any pro's or con's on this bow. He did test shootthis yesterday and helikes the feel of it. He pulled back 52lbs.He was amazed by quickness and how quite it is. Any input would be great

I shoot a Bear Lights Out at 60#. It is a very nice bow for the money. I've shot the more expensive bows (bowtech/hoyt/matthews/..) at variousarchery shopsand I like them a lot, I just couldn't afford them at the time...And after shooting multiple bows in my price range, the LightsOut was the winner. It pulls back smoothly and is pretty quiet even without string silencers (but I'd suggestlimbsavers "string leech" for this bow).
It definitely gets the job done, especially when itsshooting slick trick magnums;). I think your son would like it, have fun..

Aren't those the more affordable line of bows? If it is what I'm thinking it is then yeah, that is a heck of a starter bow for a 13 year old. If he likes the feel of it than that is a bonus IMO. Sounds like a weiner...

I know that if I were a 13 year old and my dad got me a Bear Lights Out that I would not complain! Bear Archery is some good solid equipment.

Outstanding choice! It is really a solid shooting bow, very quiet, and it has decent speed. The best part is, it has an adjustable DL, so it can grow as your son grows.
