With bows so easy to find for such a great deal online, anymore I dont usually buy from proshops. I just got an outstanding deal for an 09' Alphamax 32 NEW for $600 shipped

Thats $250 less then what my nearest hoyt dealer is atm...[8D]

I like my 09's! Hard part is deciding which one to shoot, but there will be a clear go to Bow by the time fall season gets here.

It looks like the Ross Carnivore 31 and the Diamond Iceman will get Turkey killin' duties this spring.;)

I just bought a slightly used 101st for a good price. Last year at this time I bought a new 08 Allegiance from a pro shop. Within six months it was worth only about half what I paid for it. Doubt I will ever do that again. Too many good deals out there for next to new bows. Also, Bowtech told me that if I press my new bow that the warranty is void. So much for the warranty.

I had planned on a new bow but need a ml range finder new stand since my two man ladder stand left the woods short two ladder sections due to theft. It will wait there is nothing wrong with my current bow sure it is about 4 or 5 years old but it has had about as many arrows through it as most of you due in a year.

RE: Are you going to Buy a new Bow this year?

Nope, I'm going to keep mine....I'm going to stick with it for a while, unless I find a bow that fits my draw length and shoots better than my Mathews Switchback LD. Best hunting bow I've shot in many years, I'm pretty happy with it.

Tony,

I'm good bro! the back is healing fine and I'm busy with work. When you live life this large 20lbs don't even get noticed :). To be honest, I've lost a little weight and have been able to keep it off even during the time laid up from the back operation. I still have some to go, I'd like to get down tothree bills but I'm not too far off.

Hope all is good with you as well.
