Treat yourself (you deserve it, you hard working student) and spend an extra $50 to get a Cuddeback Capture. You won't regret it.;)

Andy,

I'm confused, is this a new company??? or is it thesg550 the same as the hco cam? and which did you order and like from the show, the dlc sg550 or the covert II? and why did you choose one over the other. I was just going to order the HCO sg550v and now i saw your post.....lol I've bought several mid-range cams and the past and have not had any luck! thanks!
Penn,
Covert is a fairly new company. They've been around close to a year. The sg550 is the original camera and the covert II is an upgraded version. The covert cameras are great cameras and DLC really stands behind their products.

For $150 you can build your own trailcam that will be better than most on the market.
