4 Blade Muzzy?

I can get the 4 blade Muzzy 75 gr at a very good price. Anyone got any feedback on the 4 blade model? I am currently shooting 29" draw at 65lbs and around 250 fps. I don' t think this is to fast for a 4 blade. What' s you take on it?

I had 4 blade 90 grain Muzzy heads last year and I hated them.

Long story short.

Trying the 3 blade this year 100 grain.......we wil see

I' m playing around with some 4 blade heads from Muzzy right now too. The ones I' m trying are 135s tho I think. Mine are flying great so far. Good deals don' t come around too often, so I' d pick them up if I were you. You can always throw them in your tackle box and bring them out when you feel the need to tincker. We can never have enough stuff in the box. :D

RE: 4 Blade Muzzy?

Sorry Capt, but Muzzy doesn' t make a 75gr. 4 blade head. If it' s 75 gr. then it' s a 3 blade head. They make the 4 blade in 90, 100, 115, 125, 130, and 145 gr.

One more thing I forgot to add, I use the 100 gr. 4 blade and it is a awesome broadhead, very accurate and makes a devastating hole!

I used the Muzzy 4-blade 100 gr. last fall. Helped
me take a nice buck from a difficult angle(right
under the stand). I was shooting a 400 gr. ACC
at 250 fps...most of the heads flew well for me,
though I still matched BH' s and arrows to make
sure I had the best combinations. Even with
the success I had with the 4-blade, I think I' m
gonna switch back to the 3-blade Muzzy or
Wasp this fall...just feel like they' re a bit
stronger.

I have much better luck with the three blade models. I have tried to use the 90 grain 4 blade head but could never get good flight....

Last archery season I had great success shooting the 4 Blade 100 grain Muzzy Broadheads. I bought some more for this year, they shoot very well for me, seem quiet in flight, hit true to my field points and did a good cut hole and even some of that Bad to the Bone penetrating.;)

Dido on the 4 blade 100 gr. No problem here. Great deals are hard to come by. Get them and if you dont like them send them to me for Christmas or my birthday! :D You know I bet we could start a nice shop with what each of us have in our BOX of supplies.
