Default Post your 2008 Deer Mounts

Just wanted to post my mount that I just got back from the taxidermist. Very fast, around two months.

I don't have my Deer from 08 back yet either. I don't really expect it for several months.

I don't mind the wait he is one of the best in the state.

Same thing I was thinking. I took my Merriam Gobbler and Mule deer to him in Dec., and he was working on Spring 08 Turkeys.

My guy says he's running behind and turning stuff away. He has the biggest pile of racks that I'veseen over the last 5 years or so at his place. They way he talks, I think he's a huge workaholic... or just insanely fast at what he does.

One of my best friends is a taxi... It is nothing for them to do a deer a day, two if they want to put in a long day. Let it dry and setup for two weeks, air brush it and send it home.

300 whitetail a year is very doable by a full time taxi shop.
