I'm getting a new bow when I get my tax return. You can have mine if you can wait that long.

RE: Stabilizers...help???

|
RE: Stabilizers...help???
what kind do u have?
and what bow are ya gettin?:) and how long of a wait? |
RE: Stabilizers...help???
I don't shoot with a stabilizer for vibration reduction, although they really help with that,I use them for balance and STABILIZATION.I will add weight out in front of my stab and it will help settle any excess movement down to make it easier to aim with,I even do this to my hunting bows.
This is a pic of my hunting bow with a 6" vibracheck stabilizer with a heavy 3",4.9 oz doinker on the end. I have a 10" Fuse Axium on order to go on it and it has all the weight out front. ![]() |

im willing to wait for it. what kind of stabilizer is it? brand name?
|
RE: Stabilizers...help???
I've been considering switching to a longer stab. I currently shoot one thats like an inch... is it worth it??
PS. the DXT is an awesome bow.. my Dad just picked up one |
RE: Stabilizers...help???
PSE uses vibracheck stabalizers for there bows. Here's a sight to check out. www.vibracheck.com
That actually goes to PSE websight but has vibracheck products there. I use the SIMS s-coil stabalizer and it is not very expensive and I think it is a great for weight balance and vibration. And you can't beat the price. |
RE: Stabilizers...help???
They are used for balence and help with excess vibration. A good cheap one is the simms s coil for around 20 dollars.

RE: Stabilizers...help???
the scoil dosnt look like it would help as much as a longer one. it this true?
