Dinner and BS with an HNI member!!
 

Yesterday I was up in WI. on business and took time out to meet up with GregH.

Greg, I enjoyed meeting and talking the BS! It's amazing how fast a couple hours can go by while talking Archery and Bowhunting.

Greg, if you are ever down in the area give me a holler and I'll definitely do the same should I be back in your neck of the woods again.

If anyone is ever in my area you are always welcome to give me a shout as I enjoy meeting new hunters and talking about what I Love best!!

I had the pleasure to meet Greg when I was out to IL for my rut hunt. I had to give ole Greg props for driving down to meet me and hanging in there while I attempted to get through Chicago. (I hate Chicago). And Dan's right, time flew by over dinner and a couple cold ones. I was pressed for time and could have sat there most of the night talking bowhunting and whitetails with Greg.

Yep! I told Greg, nice little cool spell you are having. It was actually 4 below when I left home yeaterday AM. The thermometer did hit 21 below before I got to my destination, but that was still warmer than the 24 below........................ I dealt with in Nebraska in Dec. besides there was also wind which drove the windchills down to 68 below out there.

BRrrrrr!!![8D]

Last time I was in WI. I was on the Harley on the way down after circling the Big Lake;)

Lake Geneva, and then headed toward Kenosha to meet up with Greg.

The Big Lake I was referring to was Lake Michigan. Rode up through IN., MI., and crossed over into Canada at the Soo;)Then came back down and rode across the UP and down through WI. and IL heading home. A Great trip!! and one I'll Never forget.

Rob, No way I was going through Chicagobeen there done that.I came up through Rockford and went back home the same way.

Dan, It was a pleasure to meet and talk to you. You see, around here I've run out of people to share my hunting stories with! [&o]They say they've already heard it before! [&:]

As it did with Rob, time flew by fast. I could have easily lasted a few more hours. It is always an enjoyable experience to actually meet the people that you see on this forum.

I have never had a brat from there just beer, lol
I can still feel my 21st bday party from the brat stop and that was in the 80's.
