Oh sure, you go to FL and I went to Chicago.
I'm obiviously smarter. Because I'm looking forward to going back home.
That's my story anyhow.
Good luck!

We are in the middle of a blizzard down here. This is the worst cold front of the year. The highs are only in the mid 60's and they say it might get down below 40 tonight. It's not going to get much better by the weekend, sunday is only going to get up to 75, still freezing.
Bring long sleeved t-shirts and long pantsfor hunting in the morning or evening you will freeze in a short sleeve and shorts.

RE: Hate to leave this lovely midwest weather...
I am going for hogs tonight.
I will be wearing...long underwear, sweatpants, camo coveralls, long sleeve tshirt, longsleeve shirt, light sweater, and then my two layer sweatsuit in camo. I might even put on two layers of socks and I live in Florida.
How you guys can stand anything below 50 degrees blows my freakin mind.

Made it back. The weather was indeed brutal as there was one day that I don't think I even broke a sweat. Wait, nope that is wrong, I did sweat every hunt.
What was brutal was the 36 hours I spent in the cabin incoherent due to some stomach bug that felt the need to hurl my insidesout with the force of dynamite.
But, 4 of us there taking turns filming/hunting and we got 9 hog kills on video along with one kill by one of the guys that lease the place fora total of 10. You just can't have more fun hunting than stalking hogs with a bow if you ask me!
