The shipping manager called be back and apologized and shipped the jacket back to me 2 day. So I will have my jacket back by the weekend. I was greatly dissapointed after the great things I have heard I am am tickled that they made things right and that I can look forward to using their clothes for years to come!!!!

To bad you had such a bad experience.. I thought they were great, I called the company and asked if the gave a militery discount. They did.. So I bought an entire outfit. And I love it! It does happen to the best of us though..

I hope you enjoy the outfit and never have any problems with itbecause from what I've seen, you won't enjoy dealing with their "customer service department". IMO customer service is a culture. You rarely get bad customer service once andgreat the next. EVERYTIME I have use Bowtech customer service, it has been great. EVERYTIME I have used Colubia customer service it has been great. EVERYTIME I get crappy customer service I know that is what I can look forward to from then on...[:'(]

I guess they just aren't used to dealing with customer service issues because they make such bombproof gear that they don't have to.

The one time I did have to deal with them for an order, years ago, was pleasant and fairly smooth.
