I sometimes see new products, that I'd like to try that way. But no, it doesn't affect what I buy at all.

Haha x2... When I firstset out to get a bow and everything needed, I actually got all my advice and suggestions from members in this forum, and I'm happy with my 1st set up, thats for sure..I'd rather get my info from people on here rather than get my ideas by being persuaded by the millions of marketing gimics out there. That being said, I still love to watch huntin shows!

I have purchased some things because some people, who's opinion I respect a great deal, on this website recommend them. But no, I would not purchase something just because a "hunting personality" recommended it.

I buy things after doing my own research on them.

Yes! I'm buying a New Arc Rangefinder just because Michael Waddelladvertises for them

Not!!

Honestly! However this thread goes the multitudes do use what the Pros push. I think that would beeasy to prove marketing is a big thing in selling anything.

I was talking to a leading scent rep for a company and his words were: "It doesn't have to work. You just have to market it correctly"

I know guys that would use the same toilet paper as Michael Waddell if they knew what kind that was[8D]

Sorta reminds me of the quote "there's one born every minute"

I don't watch the circus or the clowns on TV so no they don't influence me 1 little bit.

Now who was that guy over on AT who would only buy a certain bow because the top 3d pro's used it and if they used it, it had to make him a better shot

Was it Davey Crocket????????

Oh no thats rightit was Daniel Boone
