Ethical dilema.......what would you do??? (Update!) (Ending to the story) (Pics)

Would you use your only buck tag to help this littleguy out? Or would you hold off, and wait for the big boy you've been scouting all Summer?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what could have causedhis leg to be so messed up?Hit by a car?Predators?Birth defect?Disease/infection?

I'd say hit by vehicle and if he made it this far,I'd wait for last day, to take him. Deer are tough animals, thats why their the best to hunt.

Sh*t i'd shoot him for his rack either way, he might be small to you, you know what they say about one man's trash.

First off, that is a good buck for my area. If it were not,I would PASS. He does not look like he is suffering.

It's an old injury, pretty well healed and it looks like he's healthy. No doubt a car related injury. It'd depend on how I felt at the moment but given that he looks fine I'd probably let him carry on. If he looked to be suffering or it was a fresh injury I'd definitely drop him.

I shot 1 last year that had a broken leg. It was a fresher break than that deer. He looks to be fine other than the leg I would let him walk at this point.
