Friend mentioned looking into Ross. Anyone shoot / have opinions on the cardiac or cr331 models?

RE: opinion on ross bows
I personally have never shot a Ross, but I have looked at a few of them and can tell you they are very high quality. I've also heard a lot of great things about those bows.

RE: opinion on ross bows
I know nothing about them as I have never shot one. There is a real good looking cat named Germ on here and he is such a stud he ended up on Ross's website. He is the man to talk to.

I really like the looks of the new Carnivore by Ross. Of course Ross by Bowtech now.

RE: opinion on ross bows
I got my new Ross Carnivore and had it setup and sighted in just in time for my Nebraska hunt in Dec. I was able to tag 2 Merriam gobblers with it.
To say I am impressed with the Bow would be a huge understatement. Anyone looking for an excellent bow at a lower price point definitely owes it to themselves to shoot the Carnivore. Dan |

The ROSS's listed in my sig. are #1 in my book...maybe I will add that new one in the upcoming year...

RE: opinion on ross bows
I shot a CR334 for a year or so. Super smooth bow. Not the speediest, but I didn't care. Great fit and finish, only I didn't care too much for the grip. Only sold it because I made the switch to left handed. The Carnivore looks like a great bow as well, and I'm glad the line is still being kept alive by Bowtech.

RE: opinion on ross bows
I have shot the Carnivore 34. It's a shooter and a great bow. The grip was less than desirable, but not un acceptable. Interesting deal with "The Krank." I like it so far. I have only shot it right handed. (I shoot left)
