Default female bowhunters

Just wondering how many female bowhunters are out there. It took me 14 years to get into hunting. I got my bow alittle over a year ago. My husband has hunted all his life and now our girls are also into it. They hunt withrifles and bowsbut I prefer my bow. I want out this past archery season with my husband but didn't get anything. We saw lots of deer though everytime we went out.

HI and welcome. I didn't get a deer my first year out, either. The next year I got a doe. Keep at it. The work's hard but the rewards are great. Especially when that big buck you kill is bigger than your husband's

Thats quit alright. This is the second year in a row my wife has shot a bigger buck than me. It doesnt bother me at all, I just tell her that she must have had a very good teacher.

My sister bow hunts. She has shot a lot of deer over the years including some nice bucks. She missed a dandy 10 pointer this year[&o]I felt so bad for her.
