I saw 7 small bucks in my food plot Sunday and they all had both sides.

Are you sure they actually dropped one side or did they lose one side fighting and you're just now seeing them? Usually a buck drops both antlers within a very short period of time.

I sure hope not, I'm still trying to fill my Pa buck tag!Seriously though, bucks don't usually start dropping in my region until the end of Jan. Thank God!!

My buddy shot a nice"doe" this past friday at our place.....turned out to be a 3.5yr old buck that had dropped both at least several weeks ago. Both had already healed over...and we couldn't even tell it was a buck. Looked like decent bases...hard to say what type rack he had

I have seen 3 different deer that all have dropped one side! I might do a little shed hunting in between hunts tomorrow!
