Octane stabizers?

I know a few guys on here use them and was wondering how you like them? Also what size do you shoot 7in or 11.5in and what do they weigh? Thanks!

I've always preferred the longer stabilizers. I have the 11.5" Octane and like it just fine.

How do they work for absorbing vibration? Is there a quick disconnect for takingoff the 11.5"to fit in a bowcase?

Just fine for absorbing vibration and you'll have to buy an after market quick disconnect. The holes/screws are universal on all bows/stabilizers/disconnects.

I have an 11.5 Octane stabilizer on my General. I'm not sure what all is out there as far as quick disconntects, but I have a connector made by Cobra that allow me to just loosen the stabilizer a bit, angle it up and screw it back down a tad before I put my bow in my case. Works great. Can't remeber how much it was or anything as I've had it for quite a while.

i went to a pro shop and tried out probly 15 different satbilizers and the fuse was the best for shock and sound absorbtion. i'd go with the 7in. if ur huntin more. 11.5 for more target or if u flinch alot. i dunno i guess its really up to u.

I got a 7.5" and screwed a Sims stabilizer enhancer on the end. It gave it a little more length and weight on the end which was what I wanted.
It works as advertised!
