Fletching your own arrows

Hey I was just wondering how I should go about putting new fletchings on my arrows, I want to just glue them to the carbon shaft of the arrow but don't know how far back to put them and how to keep them straight and what type of glue to use. I want to put the longer vane fletchings on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Anyone help me out? I don't want to mess up my arrows and I don't have the money to have the pro shop do them for me.

wow...[&:] i have no idea tbh. i love the Goat Tuff glue, but if you dont wanna pay to have a shop fletch them, you arent gonna want to buy the glue. It shouldnt cost much at all to do some arrows.

to fletch your own arrows, you're gonna need a fletching jig, glue, and vanes. If you're not willing to make that initial investment, get a shop to do them
