Just a couple of questions!!

How many kills do you have with the bow you hunt with now?

Do you retire your bow after a certain number of kills with it?

I have killed 3 deer with my current set-up. All this year since I didn't have it last year.

And no, she is not getting retired. She might be moving to 2nd chair soon though[:-]

How many kills do you have with the bow you hunt with now? I have shot 9 deer and 5 bear with my recurve I'm hunting with now.

Do you retire your bow after a certain number of kills with it? Heck no! I'd use my recurve as long as I could If I liked It, which I do. This might be It's last year though, loosing draw weight. I've been hunting with It for 14 years this fall.

Well I have two bows. My Truth 2 has one kill. My Vulcan hasn't seen the woods yet. It might Sunday though:)

3 kills with my bow. Pronghorn Buck, Whitetail Buck, and a Whitetail Doe.

I wont retire it until I trade up or get a new one and bump this one to backup. I will have a hard time ever selling this bow being my first I ever scored with

The one I use the most is my Cardiac...
In 2 years with the Cardiac alone
11 Hogs
1 Bear
1 Coyote
2 Possums

And I will shoot it until it doesn't shoot anymore...been a very good bow for me....

And all the others I have will never be retired either....

Current bow has taken 1 doe but I bouhgt it this august....I like to hunt a bow 5 -9 years...

I have around 14 kills with my 1997 bow. I won't retire it until I find something new that I like better than the one I have.

mathews xt-16 deer,1 turkey, and unlucky squirrell. I ALMOST retired it after i missed the chip shot this year, but got a new sight instead!:D

So far I've killed 5 deer with my '07 Vectrix, 3 doe & 2 buck. I'll be keeping this bow for a long time.;)

Usually if you get a new bow it's because you want one not need one.

No changes made to bows in the last handful of years is gonna make or break you in "most" situations.

I have 2 kills with my truth 2. I got it this past summer, so hopefully its got alot of life left in it.

After you guys move on with you old bow (retired) what will you do with it? I will have my up on the wall just like my other trophies!

I'm shooting an '02 PSE Stingray. It's like that super sweet pair of boots which fit better than anything you have ever owned. I have killed well over 100 animals with it. I have an '08 X-Force which still plays second chair to the Stingray. It's tough to give up all the confidence. I have recently ordered an '09 X-Force SS with the new GX cams..., we'll see.

1 doe, 2 bucks, and countless squirrels, birds, chipmucks, etc.

i dont mindmy parkerits smooth and quiet. i'll shoot it till i got tons of money or it spontainiously starts on fire.

I have 25 kills with my current bow. I've used the bow for the past 12 seasons.

I have been shooting my Hoyt since 2000. I have killed24 deer, 13 turkeys, 2 coyotes, and a bear. Not planning on getting rid of her anytime soon.

I have got 5 with the new bow I got this year, my old bow took out 7 deer many rabbits, a few turkeys, a porcupine..... Its hard to remember it all. But I dont plan on retiring it any time soon.
