I hope TeeJay doesn't see your post...he is still buckless hunting the BIG WOODS where there a 90" -100" deer is trophy, and u are lucky 2 see one of those!!!!!!! He said I was going to see nothing but orientals running around with .22 rifles squirrel hunting and that hunting would suck on the public land I hunted....hmmm 11 point brutes really suck...and I never seen another hunter.Your deer is awesome and another example of SE MN. GORGEOUS COUNTRY 2!!!! Congratulation's on an awesome buck Deernutz!! He's a dandy!!

Were you hunting with an outfitter down there.... Im not sure what it is called, but I know a guy that hunts there every year and he said it is worth every penny!

no outfitter, just a small tresspass fee. I scouted and hung my own stands. Stayed in a hotel in town. Hunting here is equal to hunting Buffalo County WI. Great bluff country with tons and tons of deer. Now I head home then off to Trempealeau County, WI to a friends property. Maybe luck will strike twice. Gonna be doe hunting, but ya never know.

Is that a Mathews fx, I shot many big bucks with my fx and then I sold it and bought a new dxt and now I havent even had a shot opportunity on a big buck!
