Deer movement in the snow

I was just wondering if the deer tend to move more or less when it is snowing.

Here in Arkansas when we get a big snow, which doesnt happen that often, it shuts deer movement down. Here the deer start moving the following day of a big snow. Up north I couldnt tell you what they do.

Usually deer movement tends to be at its highest before and after a snow storm, but during the storm they bed up. If its just a light snow however, the cold may get them up and moving.
