how to upload pictures
 
I keep trying to upload pictures of my buck from kansas but cant. it keeps telling me the picture is to large

They can be no larger than 100kb in size but I swear sometimes that certain members can go above that by the looks of thier pictures, picture envy LOL. You either have to compress the file or sign up on photobucket.com for free. From photobucket you can copy the image because it will now be coming from another webpage, thus making it acceptable.

I do it the hard way.. I open it up with paint, then I click on image at the top. After that I follow the drop down to where it says resize/skew.. from there you can resize the image for posting if you wish to..

Deerstalker, I just figured this out a week ago. I'll try to give you more specific details. Start a photobucket account. When you upload your picture there, it will give you a URL. Copy that and then come on here and go to post thread or post reply. On the toolbar above where yousee Bold, Italic, Underline,etc,click on the picture of the mountains on the far right. Then it will tell you to type in URL. Paste the one you copied from photobucket. This should work. It was the only way I could get my pics to post.
