crazy ohio weather!
 

last week we were getting low 20's and today we are getting high 50's! any other fellow ohioans getting this and how will this weather affect the hunting?

Welcome to fall weather USA. Nothing unique to Ohio or anywhere else. We were in the teens the middle of the week but right now we are at 78 degrees. However a front is due to be in tomorrow with a high of 30 projected for Monday and Tuesday.

Deer movement was lousy yesterday and this morning but it should pick up with the weather change coming. Bet the same applies to Ohio.

Usually, yes.. But in the very early part of the season, heat can sometimes help, because you can set up on water sources..They have to drink

yeah but i dont think deer drink stagnant water in my creek becasue my creek is usually stagnant water in september october november

I thought that about my property , but i was wrong they were coming up to drink this water with the river only about 1/2 mile away? go figure - this creek has great cover thats all i can come up with
