I usally carry 4 arrows. 3 with tracer nocks and 1 without for shooting raccoons.

I carry 6. 4 for the deer and 2 to play around with.

I carry a couple grouse arrows... Three hunting arrows.

i always take 4 broadheads and 1 fieldpoint , and i take 4 broadheads because my dad has had this happen twice...... i buck he hit (once in shoulder, once in spine) dropped, then started getting up and walking off, my dad shot the next arrow and hit a branch(on both deer this happened) and then he was able to hit both on the third shot, so i would NOT take less than 3 .......... we as hunters should be good enough to shoot a deer with one shot, but outside factors can affect that such as hidden limbs, jumping the string or even having your bow limb hit part of your stand at the shot and knock you off your aim

I carry 3, Two broadheads and a squirrel arrow during the squirrel and archery overlap season.
