Sounds great, Rybo.

These were actually some ribs. Admittedly.....this was my first crack at venison ribs.....as I don't usually keep this meat. They won't be my last, though

I thought they were ribs Gmmat, so how did you prepare/cook them? I have never really went through the time to try and prepare them?? I usually just cut what meat I can get from them and grind it up?!?

Nothing better than grilling with some indirect heat. A little fruit wood for good measure. In the spring and summer we BBQ at my house 4-5 nights a week.

Looks excellent Jeff.

Nothing too difficult here, western.....lol

I sprinkled Montreal steak seasoning and some lemon pepper on these and put them on the regular grille.

Still delicious!

Stop on by Trevor.

Admittedly we don't do a ton of deer...my mom doesn't like it much. I eat most of it on my own. Beef, pork and chicken...my dad and I love to BBQ.

Ain't that the truth? Still hands down my favorite game meat...is duck breasts wrapped...in bacon[8D]. Grill it with a jalepeno slice or two on top, wrapped in bacon, and a toothpick to keep it in place..grill till the bacon is crispy, and the meat was perfect...We even put pepperjack cheese and BBQ sauce on them...at that point they were jalapeno bbq bacon wraps with a side of duck...but my goodness. After a decent early season wood duck hunt in which me and a buddy cleaned everyones ducks for ourselves....we sat down and ate like 7 or 8 wood ducks between us LOL. No sides, just a coke and bbq duck breasts Watchin UK football (the one year they were good)...life was good that night.
