How do the laws in other states work. In SD the landowner or leasee needs to press charges on tresspassers, not you if you have permission to be there. Most all of the landowners I know/hunt on, don't want to get involved. They just say tell them not to come back but they aren't going to get the law involved, nor do they want to be involved.

I take it from the original post that you owned the property? I would have pressed tresspassing charges were that the case.
