What challenges you during season
What is your one greatest obsticle to overcome each deer season. Mine is mental toughness I start to get wore out and questioning myself. It really comes after passing several 140" deer I start to question my standards and if I am being to hard on myself or to picky . I start to get burnt out.

Well a few things come to mind....
The challenge of hunting around the dog clubs.
And then there is the distraction of having lots of ducks infront of my blinds (this was the Satuday after Thanksgiving).
And then of course you'll have the all to common problem of just not wanting to sit in a cold wind up in a tree when the deer are mostly nocturnal.

Trying to make sure I will have a place to hunt next year. With the ongoing development of our great hunting land it gets harder and harder to find somewhere to even bow hunt. For now I'm stuck hunting public land but luckily I have managed to stick a few deer there over the past two years. Would really like to get my own piece of property to hunt and manage but you basically have to give up an arm and a leg to afford one.

Amen to the second one!
