Back to bowhunting tomorrow...
 

I took Thurs, Fri and Sat off from bowhunting and went shotgunning, no luck there either! Anyway I needed to recharge the batteries..Im going tomorrow and Wed..Im going to try and hunt with my best friend for the next 2 days, we have not hunted together much this yr and we always have for the past 15 or so..Im trying to figure out what to do... I know of 2 huge oak stands in both properties and Im wondering if the deer are coming there to find left overs...I have not been there since the first week of the season..we'll see.

Good luck to you Landon. Even if you don't put anything down you have another memorie made with a good friend. Either way you come out on top!

Yeh, he actually had a good bow season seeing good bucks unlike me, and we hunt some the same property!! he missed once and got winded a couple of times... but he fianally killed the buck he missed with the shotgun last week!! Thanks for the encouragement, Im going to go at least 2 times a week during the week with the bow until it closes.

I am with ya bro, Ive been frustrated to much this year, and I started to gun hunt again, now I am back and ready to take the bow into the woods. At least we still have some time to hunt though, that is always a good thing.

If your hunting primary food sources that's not a bad spot to choose. With December coming around food is becoming a little scarce and I think those oaks would be a prime place to be....Alll day!
