Went to Bass Pro....
 

So I go to the new BPS in Richmond today, about 30 min drive to see santa with the kids.....it was cool..but.....can someone answer me this??? WHY DO GUYS FEEL THE NEED TO GET ALL DECKED OUT IN CAMO FROM HEAD TO TOE TO GO TO BPS???!!! it just kills me!!!

many stop in after hunting for the day to get supplies they ran out of. If I am washing my clothes before I hit the woods again, I wont change before leaving the woods. If I am hunting again before washing, I change into everyday clothes before the drive home.

But, I have seen the guys you talk about..comical. Trying to look like billy the badass or something.

you guys know what exactly whaTt Im talking about I see! I mean come on, why do they always do it?? Head to toe bro, camo and then they go in to the restraunt to eat and then get the smoke all over it, and then go to the woods the next day and well.......you get the picture...;)

I wear a camo jacket and or hat nearly everywhere I go, regardless of venue.

I've worn it to church.

I've worn it to dinner with girlfriend's parents/relatives.

I even, heaven forbid, wear it to Wal*Mart.

I work at Bass pro in Springfield, MO and I cant count the number of people all decked out in camo. It's pretty funny. Some of the people came in right from the field and I can understand that, but there are others that you can tell just dressed up in camo because they were going to Bass Pro.

Exactly MO. I wear a camo muzzy hat sometimes b/c it fits nicely, but that's it.

It drives me up a wall.

I can see it if somebody just happens to throw on a jacket, or comes in from hunting, but to make a point to put on camoflage just to go to an outdoor store????

Yes guys,I see you in your camo....or should I say "I don't see you in that camo"....HA!

I've often wondered what kind of looks and comments would come my way if I walked into a BPS, Whitetail unlimited banquet, etc., wearing Blaze Orange?? Even though having it on would be just as pointless as walking into the same place wearing camo.

LOL I noticed the same thing. I have a BP 3 minutes and 47 seconds from my house (roughly). I'm there more than I should be. I get a kick out of everyone in full camo dressed up just to go to Bass pro . Funny stuff.
