Hunting, now it seems, isn't about celebrating the bow kill and the hunt as a whole. It is about bragging to your friends, it is no longer personal as it should be.

The personal part of hunting is lost when people post on a public forum what they personally shot, they are looking for approval or atta boys. No more no less.
Don't post it if you are not willing to hear some butt plug rip you about ,shoot placement,rack size or choice of weapons.this place has become a oneabe home page for buckareus.com.
Be happy with your hunting and keep most of it to yourself.

Ah, now that makes sense.
I won't say that I don't post pictures to get the occasional atta boy, but I do it more just to share. I think that is evidenced by how many pictures I post, period.

I don't know if any of you will necessarily agree with me on this, but there are several phrases that have been cropping up as of late that I'm getting tired of hearing. They include but aren't limited to;
"He isn't my biggest, but..."
"He isn't huge, but..."
"Time was running out, so I..."
"He's alright, but..."

For Instance:
"He isn't my biggest, but still a shooter in my book"
"He isn't huge, but I'm proud of him"
Just playing the devil's advocate here buddy, BUT I totally understand what you're saying
