Nissan it just gets better and better. You have taken a shooter buck every year since you were 12 and all of them except one you used your stalking ability. 
My word you were some hunter at 12YO. Sounds like your basically full of it my friend. Must be my envy coming to the surface.

I have out right missed a FEW and wounded and not recovered a FEW in 30 years of hunting..
I would really love to see a pic of your first shooter.. But I got ten bucks that says you can't produce.

I've taken 40 deer with my bow. I've missed 14 times.(10 with compound, 4 with trad bows)12 of those were during the first8 years that I hunted. Over the course of that horrible shooting display, I have one late recovered buck where the meat was lost.
I went on a streak of taking 26 deer over 11 years without a miss or lost animal. That late recovery is my biggest blemish to my record.

I have clean missed 4 deer in my life with a bow, and 1 turkey. I have wounded 2 deer with my bow and killed 2.
Coming into this year, i was at 3 clean misses and 2 kills.

2 shots las year my first bow year misse a spike and a 9 point this year i had on doe in at range she waas running so no shot.
Then for gun season i had a 11 point ome in last hunt dogs ran him off right before i was ready to shoot
