Trock,
I am pretty sure that you will still need the " Hoyt Plate" from Muzzy to get this rest to work on the 2003' s........it was necessary on the 2002' s and I see no reason why it wouldn' t be the same this year.
Contact Mark at Muzzy and ask to be sure, if so they will probably make you send in the existing overdraw shelf to get the replacement part to fit your Hoyt.......
The rest will not use the overdraw shelf or arm at all. It will just use a shorter mounting plate and the rest arm/launcher........don' t sweat it tho the arrow shelf on the Hoyt bows is perfectly shaped to capture the arrow prior to the draw.

The previous Hoyts had a cutout in the riser and the MZE bracket would not fit du to the cutout. I (PS, dont tell Eric I said this he will kill me) took a hacksaw and a drill to my MZE mounting bracket to shorten it so it would fit on my Razortec. Or, you could call Muzzy and get the shorter bracket.
