Wow just got to read this and I must say you are the man!! I would have stabbed myself in the neck with my arrow if I had missed the buck of a lifetime, it takes real poise to not get down and dishearted after a miss like that and to also connect on another beautiful deer. CONGRATS!! I also would like to know who the outfitter was.

Rob, I think it's really cool that you take the time to thank everyone when you get a buck. I had to take a page out of your book this year and do the same on the thread for my buck. I hope I wasn't infringing on any patents.

WMDH, thank you as well. I'm not going to name the outfitter though if you pay attention, it's not hard to find. The outfitter turned down The Archers Choice and Muzzy for hunts, they don't want the publicity. I hope you understand.

BuckMark, it's just that people ask questions and take the time to congratulate me, I want them to know that I value them and appreciate them. I know some post to post but I want them to know they don't go unnoticed.

I am just now reading this and man what a story. As others have said, my heart sank as you were reliving the story with us. Thank you for sharing your week with us. That is a great buck you were able to take home and a normal one at that, must have been hard for you to shoot a typical. LOL. Congrats again. NCRemingington and I are planning a trip next year and that place is definitely high on the list. I just hope our trip is as eventful. Thank you.
