Speaking of "unknown" hunters.....

I was thinking about this while in a tree, today.

I in no way mean this as anything other than complimentary.....but Quiksilver is one who puts the hammer down EVERY SINGLE YEAR.

Duke likes to use the term "hang to kill". That describes Quik to a "T".

Congrats on another fine season, Fran.;)

Ya.. I know them when I see them.

Fran is as real a hunter as they get. And knows the philosophy "hang to kill" as good as anyone.

I have to agree. I hunted with him this year and he put me in a great area. He needs to hunt area's with less thorns though.:D

STOP!!! dont make his head any bigger than it is!!! ;) :D

just kidding...

the king is a great hunter and takes great bucks in places that it is not an easy task....heck, i have trouble just getting the permission in VERY similar areas....if i could get the permission, i might have a fighting chance...or, atleast id beable to take stand in MUCH better woods than i currently hunt.

RE: Speaking of "unknown" hunters.....

"Efficient" might be the term I was looking for (for describing Fran's hunting technique).

I need to learn to be more "efficient".

Just thought it needed pointing out. Quik's one guy I think could move west a few states and probaby keep the taxi's busy with bruisers. DIY'er.....all the way.....and doing it on different lands. I don't know if everyone realizes how tough that is....

RE: Speaking of "unknown" hunters.....

Im finding out how tough it is this year Jeff. Hunting different property is brutal!
