Nothing revolutionary. They just did what we all knew could be done, but didn't want to because it would suck to shoot it. A 5" brace height.

MSRP $899.00

Too much for me, but at least I can say I saw it when it first came out and along with thousands of other people whohelped to crash their server [8D].

Please tell me that the cables are not located inside the limbs.I hopewe aren't going to have to remove the cams in order to replace the cables??????? I hope Mathews isn't that stupid.

Mathewsmonster XLR8has a 5" brace height, and is 33.5" ATA and 360 IBO and no string stop. Yeah, that ought to be a great shooting bow. :eek:

And I thought they were going to come out with something to set the archery world on fire. I guess not. If they could have got 360 IBO with a 7" BH they would have done something and I would be excited. Looks like they are following right along with what APA, PSE, High Country, and Bowtech have already done

Maybe they did something to the bow to make the 5" brace height feel smoother. That would be revolutionary. I doubt it, but still.

I am impressed with the Reezen 6.5. I will be testing them all out asap. Right now, I need sleep.

There doesn't appear to be anything "new" with it... Which leads me to ask, why hasn't someone made a bow like this before?

One word;

Gag. [:'(]

Not that I was chomping at the bit to see what Mathews had to offer this year, I have to admit Iwas expecting more than an X-Force clone with a shorter brace. Give me a break, does ole Matt think he's really on to something revolutionary here or did he have a stroke last year?

You mean like the PSE X-force, Bowtech 82nd Airborne, High Country speed pro, APA black mamba X1, Elite GT500??????

Isn't this like admitting you're a member of the jonas bros. fan club?
