i work retail so i know how these things go. and to be honest it is most likely 99% the shop. things do happen. most likely they forget or have messed something up and are buying time till they get it right. i'm not for sure how bowtech is but in my line of biz if a customer calls the company and complains about a store, the rep for that store will get a phone call and be instructed to see what can be done to resolve the issue. keep on the shop. and when you talk to bowtech ask for someone higher up the ladder. keep goin till ya get someone that listens.
but if it goes to far i'm not for sure how you service will be at that shop after this.

I still haven't seen any issues with the admiral myself. Sold another one today, and had another couple test shoot one, and had one customer test out a captain.

Sucks that its still up in the air.

Pat... thanks for looking out. I know its not your baby at bowtech, but I'm sure you know the right people in the right places that can help him out! Good stuff.

Bowtech-Shooter I sent you an email via this site that included my Name, phone number and the shop Name and location. I really appreciate any thing you can do.

Swampcollie....I hear what you are saying thats what leads me to belive that mine has some issues that are not the norm for Bowtech. I have owned 5 other Bowtechsand only had one other issue with the Guardian and that as fixed quickly.

Just to add more salt to my wounds....I stuck a Good one today and tracked him for over a mile and he never laid down then blood just stopped....dang I hate that i would rather miss than have that happen[:@]

Well I called the shop again today and the Archery person said he would call Jamie again and I was to call back in 45 minutes. I called back and they are sending the new parts 3 day and they said they would just swap my stuff over to a NEW BOW. That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Not sure if the posting on here was quote the PC thing to do but it appears to have helped....Much thanks to Bowtech-Shooter I am sure this played a role. I am set to pick up my new Admiral tommarow evening after hunting.

Thanks to all of those who may have aided in the resolution of this situaton.

I think I will be back on the Bowtech bandwagon real soon.....I pray that this new one is as good as all my previous Bowtechsexcluding the one described above....

Thank You!
