With a compound, I go for speed. But with my trad gear, I go with a greater foc so I tend to have slow arrows pushing a heavy head. I do so for penetration plus it makes for a quieter shot. It seems like I see the impact on every bow, fast or slow. The few times I have not seen the arrow make impact, I just read the blood on the arrow.

Looks like +/- 500gr. I may go to a 125gr BH....if it looks like it'll be under 500gr.
