ground hunting
 

Do any of you guys just walk in the woods till you find a good spot and set up next to a tree.
WIth my stand out for the season due to theft of the ladder and my ground blind heavy and since the ladder got stolen. I doubt i will get away with leaving it out. I am thinking about just setting up on the ground next to a tree. Is that a no go for bow. If so what about gun season
