If your arrow went where you thought It did Jeff that should be a dead deer. If that broadhead did slide along the side of the rib cage like a few thought, I'd say BH failure.

I like em. The wounds and blood trails I have followed this year on the three deer I have killed so far have been devastating. All pass thru's.

Im not trying to start one of those threads.....I just posted my season results so far with these heads b/c there were a few guys on here that wanted to know how they would do...Im impressed, but no more than what I am with muzzy's...so far..

It seems like the rage users have better luck from the ground, steep angles from tree standsprevent exit holes and blood trails.

But these heads are endorsed by ALL the top hunters....so they have to be good, besides there $40/3pk. Obviously if they're that expensive they should kill the deer no matter where it's hit. "It's like throwing an axe at the deer". BTW, I use Game Tracker 2-blade ($12/3pk) out of a #55 Chek-mate recurve and neverlost a deer. KISS method. No Excuses.
