I know how you feel. I get halfway to my farm to hunt this afternoon when my buddy, who I hunted with this morning at his place, called and said that I left my hunting bag with my release in it. He said just use fingers but I know that if a big boy came by and I missed because I left my release I would be P O. So I drive 20 miles to the nearest Wal-Mart and buy a release that will do. Drive back to the farm and sit in Hurricane like winds and not see a thing. Gotta love the addiction of hunting. Did see 5 bucks this morning. One shooter. It's heating up!

I've never forgotten straps or my bow, but I did leave my binoculars in the truck once. I felt somewhat naked without them. It's crazy the things we rely on sometimes.

I was half way to my hunting spot last week and remembered I had taken my bow out of my truck. So....I turn around and hurry back to get it then hurry back to the woods. I was so mad at my self for having to double back to get my bow that I didnt realize I was driving 55 in a 35 speed zone. Just my luck I meet a state cop. Yep got to go to court on the 25th...[:@]

All my straps are on the stand and the sticks are attached to the stand also. When I grab the stand it has everything needed to get in the tree. I actually attach my quiver to the stand when packing in so I guess that helps me remember my bow. Tough luck for you there.
