It might make a little difference in how long the deer was alive, too. But....the sniff test will tell you all you need to know.

Depends on how long it took to die too. Cut it open and see/smell.

Also depends a lot on when it actually died.
Liver hits can kill in a few minutes or take many hours. Could have only been dead for a couple hours. Steve |
