The Deer Destroyer

How's the rut going for you other Ohio hunters? It's been going good for my dad and I. Seen a nice 2 1/2 year old 10 point that was in the lower to mid 120s. He came in broadside at 15 yards, but he was just a bit too small for my dads and mine management plan. Saw some other smaller bucks on the 30th as well. Then, Halloween saw 4 more bucks one being a nice 2 1/2 9 point. Another buck had his roght side busted off, but if he didn't, he'd a been a nice 1 1/2 buck. Been great so far, lots of younger bucks chasing and making scrapes, hopefully the bigger bucks will start doing the same. Well, that's how it's going in my area of hunting here in the great hunting state of OHIO.
