Is it worth fixing?

My Granddad gave me a bow that was given to him. It's a PSE Mach Flite 4. It's in really good condition. It needs a peep sight rubber, silencers, and a new sight. I thought it would be a good little project, but don't feel like wasting money if it's not.

I don't bow hunt much but I've been using my buddies Hoyt. We've never really gotten into it.

I am sorry but what you listed is worth more than the bow.

Back in its day, that was a very nice bow. Go to your local pro shop and have them check it out - if its good, and fits you properly, you can fix it up pretty cheap. You don't have to buy high dollar sights, etc. I agree...its not worth much (money wise) but hey...get her set up, practiceup -and you can hunt!

Heck, if you have some hunting buddies that do bowhunt, they probably have old stuff they aren't using they would give you to put on it. Good luck...

I have to say, I haven't been any more successful with my bowtech commanders and liberty's than I was with aBear whitetail hunter. If one can't get the job done with that bow, they can't get it done at all.

But these new bows are sweet shooting.
